The Strengths Profile is a world-leading strengths tool, built on a decade of research in positive psychology. Designed by Alex Linley and his team at Cappfinity, Strengths Profile is used by leading organisations to unlock performance, energy and potential in people.

  • 75 minute personalised online debrief session including SMART goal setting linked to making the best use of your strengths

  • 2 x 30 – 45 minute goal progress sessions in the weeks following the initial debrief

Spending 7 weeks with me, together we will explore how to create optimal levels of energy for the life you want to live. Focusing on inner change and healthy habit building through SMART goal setting, we will ensure that you have the tools to create a life full of energy and positivity. Expect clarity and motivation!

  • Are ready to take a deep-dive into what is and isn’t working for you currently in terms of your lifestyle practices

  • SPACE will start with the Strengths Profile online assessment and debrief, as outlined in the Strength2Strength programme.  Using information gained from this process, we will incorporate your strengths in setting and achieving SMART goals each week to boost energy levels in your day-to-day life. 

  • 7 x 60-minute weekly / bi-weekly calls  

  • Weekly goal setting and monitoring 

  • Access to resources, proven strategies and recommended materials to help you flourish

  • Email support for the duration of the coaching programme 9am – 6pm

We will work together to clarify your vision for your ideal purpose-led life, set goals, identify barriers, measure and celebrate progress, and increase confidence and self-efficacy. Relevant information and tools will be shared to support your journey towards attaining your Life on Purpose. The only limitations are within yourself and once you break through the challenges, clutter and fears, the forward progress for a life well-loved and well-lived is achievable. Think accountability and action!
